Privacy
We collect as little as we can, use it only for what you asked for, and never sell it.
Who we are
EverythingMeetsAI is an editorial product of Good Transformer, the company responsible for the information described below. (We will confirm the full registered company details here before launch.) You can reach us at our contact page.
What we collect
If you subscribe to a newsletter, we collect:
- your email address;
- a one-way hashed form of the IP address you signed up from, kept as a fraud and abuse safeguard, not to identify you;
- a dated record of your consent, what you agreed to, in what words, and when, which we are required to keep.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can deal with your inquiry. We do not ask for anything we do not need.
How we are allowed to use it
Our newsletter is commercial email under the US CAN-SPAM Act, and we follow it: every message says who it is from, never uses a deceptive subject line, and carries a working one-click unsubscribe that we honor promptly. Beyond what the law requires, we ask for your consent up front: we use a genuine double opt-in (you confirm your address before we send anything), keep your editorial and any commercial consents separate and unbundled, and never pre-tick a box. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure broad usage of the site — which pages are read and which stories are clicked — using a first-party measurement cookie. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and advertising features in our analytics are switched off. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber data for as long as you are subscribed, and consent records for as long as we are legally required to. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it (keeping only the minimum suppression record needed to make sure we do not email you again).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent, and we will honor that. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) may give you a formal right to access, delete, or opt out of any “sale” or sharing of your data; we do not sell your data, and we extend these choices to everyone. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe, which we act on promptly. To exercise any of these rights, contact us. You can also raise a concern with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state attorney general.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and send email, under contract and only as needed to provide the service.
